While we employ proven strategies and tools, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, leads, or revenue increases. Digital marketing is influenced by many variables outside our control, including algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side implementation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled. Any incomplete work may be subject to prorated billing, and intellectual property rights revert to Tools N Tactics until full payment is received.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tools N Tactics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
